just a second...UGHH!
Day 29 - Something you hope to change about yourself.
I wish I had more patience. I get super bad anxiety when I'm waiting for someone or hurrying for someone. I usually plan things well in advance to avoid these situations but it seems somebody is always there to screw it up. I wish I could be more spontaneous and fly by the seat of my pants moment to moment. You know, like Pretty Woman?

I got my mind on my money and my money on my mind
Day 27 - What's the best thing going for you right now?
I wish this was something jucier but...no. I'm shacked up with my brother and his fam (thanks guys!) for a few months and rented out my house. I'm paying off a lot of debt right now and it feels really good.

Angels workin overtime
Day 25 - The reason you believe you're still alive today.
I'm not really sure. I know I've done plenty of stupid things that should have spelled the end for me but I'm still kickin! When I was 16 I rolled my mom's car. I wasn't wearing a seatbelt. It hurt like hell. When I was walking home a sheriff found me, he told me he had spent about 30 minutes walking around the crash site looking for my body since he was sure no one could have survived. He told me how lucky I was to be alive. When I got to the clinc the doctor examining me told me I had a pretty good concussion and was going to have some nasty bruises. He said someone must have been looking out for me because I was lucky to be alive.

Rule #51: Sometimes - your wrong
Day 22 - Something you wish you hadn't done in your life.
Honestly, I am not trying to cop out here but, I've thought about this for a while and I just can't pick one thing. I have made several mistakes in life but as I look back I realized that they are no longer mistakes, they are lessons learned.

Buckle up! It's the law
Day 21 - (senario) Your best friend is in a car accident and you two got into a fight an hour before. What do you do?
Depends. How bad was the fight? Was she ramming me with her car? I mean we were just in a fight an hour ago. These things happen, people are crazy! All kidding aside, of course I would be there for her and whatever she needed.

D&C Section 89
Day 20 - Your views on drugs and alcohol.
Drugs are bad. Alcohol is a drug. I was told once that alcohol wasn't bad that it was "self medication" for all the crap in life. Well I say, cowboy up! Everybody has bad days, everybody has trials in life. It's no reason to waste your life away and hurt others around you, especially those people that love and care about you.
"Be the change you want to see in the world" - Gandhi
Day 19 - What do you think of religion, or what do you think of politics?
Religion - Article of Faith #11 "We claim the privilege of worshiping Almighty God according to the dictates of our own conscience, and allow all men the same privilege, let them worship how, where, or what they may."
Politics - I've never been too interested. Maybe because it's a lot of arguing and not much doing. I don't think that politicians get much accomplished and I think about 90% are bad people. Maybe they don't start out that way, however, I've always believed that money and power won't make a person evil. More money and more power just makes a man more of what he already is. I believe a lot of money is wasted on witch hunts. There are children in our own communities going without food, without education, while these politicians waste billions arguing over steroids in baseball. It's ridiculous!

I know what you are...say it...out loud
Day 17 - A book you've read that changed your views on something.
Well I think it would have to be the book that has forever changed the world. Twilight. I think everyone can agree that werewolves and vampires used to be something scarey that would make little girls cry and scream in the night. But now we know them as Jacob and Edward. Sexy men that make women cry and scream in the night.

Wanted dead or alive...preferably dead
Day 16 - Someone or something you definitely could live without.
Cockroaches. Seriously, I think I threw up a little just typing that. They are so disgusting and serve absolutly no pupose. Except to annoy me. Which they do.

What's on your mind
Day 15 - Something or someone you couldn’t live without, because you’ve tried living without it.
Oh Facebook! Ours is a love/hate relationship. I feel like a slave to its never ending gossip. I once tried to quit for 24 hours, I think I made it to hour 18 or was it 1.8? I really don't know because I felt so cut off from the outside world I think I lost all track of time. Sometimes when I'm out I have to remind myself that I'm out with actual people and it's not normal to FB eachother when we're sitting at the same table sharing nachos. But it happens. I love to snoop on other people's pages that I know but I'm not "friends" with (stop judging me!). Speaking of "friends" I find it odd that I have 143 friends on FB, I could cut that back to about 7 and be ok with it. Because really the other 136 are either there for entertainment purposes or because I didn't want to be rude.

You don't even look Italian
Day 14 - A hero that has let you down. (letter)
Dear Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola
I thought you were going to be the best one of the group. I mean you went to college and played soccer. But...NO! You billed yourself as "the sweetest (ryhmes with witch) you'll ever meet". Sorry but I was pushed around in second grade by worse "sweethearts" than you. You have flopped in season 2. Nothing worth quoting from you at all. Even your fight with Jwow was bor-ing.
AND another thing. Have you never seen "Two Can Play That Game"? Obviously not, because you let your man creep with a bunch of ho's at the club then come and crawl in bed with you...eww! On so many levels, eww. Then you broke rule numero uno (that's right I'm cursing you in 2 languages) by turning your back on your girls when they told you the truth about Ronnie.
Vivica A Fox has taught me nothing if not this:
When your man messes up you have got to punish him, no matter how small it is.
Rule #1: Never panic. Act like it doesn't bother you one bit.
Rule #2: Never let your girlfriends know the whole situation. They'll give you bad advice and ruin your confidence...and confidence is key.
Rule #3: Break up with him before he breaks up with you. Whoever breaks up with the person first, wins!
Ok, maybe it's not the best advice ever but, she ends up with the guy before the credits roll.

Sing it sister!
Day 13 - A band or artist that has gotten you through some tough days. (write a letter.)
Dear Kelly,
Girl you got it all! Confidence? Check. Happiness? Check. Wealth? check, check. Thanks for always being there with a song to match my mood. Whether it be nursing a broken heart, plotting revenge for said broken heart, or gettin ready to rock a girls night out.
sample lyrics:
"Because of you I find it hard to trust not only me but everyone around me."
"Could this be the greatest love of all, I wanna know that you will catch me when I fall."
"We were always meant to say goodbye"
"I would never wish bad things, but I don't wish you well"
"Since you been gone, I can breathe for the first time. I'm so movin on yeah, yeah. Thanks to you, now I get, I get what I want"
What Not To Wear
Day 12 - Something you never get compliments on.
My fashion sense. I've always been more of a jeans and t-shirt person but once in while I wish I was more fashionista and less "where'd you park your tractor".

Why thank you!
Day 11 - Something people seem to compliment you the most on.
This is a tough one. I don't really get a lot of compliments or if I do I don't remember. But as I was thinking about this I wondered, why are we so quick to believe the bad things people say about us? Not only do we believe them we carry it for years, when a compliment is quickly dismissed. What makes it so difficult for a woman to receive a compliment? Tell a woman her outfit is great, and the usual answer: 'What, this old thing?' Tell her she looks well, and she'll respond: 'You mean I look fat, don't you.' Exclaim that you love her new haircut, and she'll accuse you of hating the old one.
No wonder men sometimes feel it's better to say nothing at all. Women, just say "thank you" and smile!
Secondly, I wondered why are we so quick to say the mean things and leave the compliments unspoken. A few years ago, pre-divorce when I was trying to be a better wife, I realized I never told him a lot of the good things I appreciated or thought. Sometimes I would look at him and think "that's my favorite shirt, he looks really good in that color" or "I really appreciate that he makes me breakfast every morning". But, I never said them out loud I just assumed he knew. When we were trying to "make things work" I decided I'm going to make sure I said these things out loud. And when he ticks me off and I want to speak my mind, I'm gonna think twice. Of course, it takes more than nice compliments to make a marriage work and I moved on, but it taught me a beautiful lesson. Don't hold in a nice compliment. You never know when it will be exactly what that person needs to hear. Even for a stranger but especially for those you love.
